Request for K-State Transcripts
To order your K-State transcript, visit the K-State Registrar's Office web site and click on Transcripts.
Request for Transcripts from other Institutions
To order transcripts from other institutions you attended, first place a call to their Registrar's Office to determine the cost of transcripts and other instructions. When you transfer non-K-State credit to K-State, please have official transcripts sent directly to K-State's Admissions Office. If you are a graduate student, contact the graduate school for further instructions. If you are taking several courses at another institution over several semesters please wait to order a transcript until after the grade for your final course has been posted.
