K-State Access Technology Systems (KATS)
This system provides you access to your K-State records. KATS is accessed via the Web. If you are a new student taking courses through the Division of Continuing Education you will have to wait for your enrollment to be processed before you can access KATS.
How students might use KATS:
Admissions
- Undergraduate - Check your admissions status, degree classification, degree program, K-State GPA, and number of hours completed.
Financial Aid
- Status: View your application status, awards, and loan history, by award year.
Enrollment
- Semester Schedule - View your K-State semester schedule current and previous. Enrollment is not available via KATS for DCE courses. Visit DCE Registration to enroll on-line.
General Inquiry
- Address/Phone: View and Edit.
- General Information: View your curriculum, profile, enrollment, etc.
- Holds: Find out if your enrollment is blocked due to financial holds.
- Student Account: How much you owe K-State, or vice-versa.
Grades
- Semester Grades: View your K-State grades by semester
- Grades are not mailed to students. If a paper copy is required, you will need to contact the K-State Registrar's office at 785-532-6254, registrar@k-state.edu, or http://www.k-state.edu/registrar/.
