Please follow the instructions below for your current position:
Active Duty Military Members:
To get started taking classes or getting in a degree program at K-State if you are an active duty military member you will need to go through GoArmyEd.com, the Army's centralized portal and database that allows all active and active duty guard and reserve soldiers to request tuition assistance (TA) for college courses directly on the web. Through GoArmyEd.com you will be able to enroll in college courses, track your degree progress, and pay for classes using tuition assistance (TA).
You do not have to be officially admitted to K-State to take classes with us. If you want your transcripts officially evaluated then you do need to apply to be admitted to the University. Tuition Assistance pays up to $250 per credit hour for a class, with a maximum of $4,500 per year.
Family Member:
You do not have to be officially admitted to K-State to take classes with us. If you are interested in financial aid then you must be admitted to K-State. You will also need to fill out the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You can do both of these online. K-State's Federal School Code is 001928.
National Guard:
You have a person designated as the Education Representative. You need to see that person about tuition assistance.
Veteran:
Contact K-State's Veteran's Office to get the appropriate paperwork.

You may apply to be admitted online and also apply for Federal Financial Aid online.
