How do I get tuition assistance?
Tuition assistance for the army is administered through GoArmyEd.com. See your Army Education Counselor.

Do I need to get get a SOCAD agreement or a Curriculum Guide?
Yes, you will need an agreement or a curriculum guide to be eligible for tuition assistance.

What do I need to do to get my Military Experience evaluated?
You need to get an AARTS transcript sent to K-State. See your Army Education Counselor for additional information and send transcript to: Office of Admissions, Kansas State University, 119 Anderson Hall, Manhattan, KS 66506.

Does K-State accept credit from the College Level Examination Program (CLEP), DANTES, Excelsior, and Quiz-Outs?

Does K-State accept Advanced Placement from High School?
Yes, for a complete listing go to http://www.k-state.edu/admit/AdvancedPlacement.pdf.

Does K-State have a residency requirement?
The residency requirement is 25% of the degree you are completing. If you are military and have a SOCAD agreement, the requirement to receive the last 30 hours from K-State is waived. However, 25% of your classes must be taken from K-State.
