Dealing successfully with conflicts whether personal or professional is an important skill to learn. K-State offers two certificate programs in conflict resolution, one an undergraduate certificate program and one a graduate program.
These conflict resolution certificate programs offer an excellent skill set for people in such fields as:
- social services
- business
- political science
- psychology
- women’s advocacy
- criminal justice
- communications
The completion of some courses will meet Kansas Office of Dispute Resolution training requirements for various types of mediation [K.S.A. 5-501 and Rule 902(e)].
