Transcripts Required for Graduate Enrollments

If you are enrolling at Kansas State University for graduate credit for the first time, the Graduate School requires that a photocopy of your bachelor's degree transcript be on file in their office. Please be sure that the transcript shows your name, major area of study, and graduation date.

If your transcript is already on file or if you have sent the Division of Continuing Education, the Graduate School, or your department a transcript within the past two years, please indicate on the registration form the date and the class for which it was sent. If you are taking more than one course through the Division of Continuing Education, only one transcript is needed. If you have already been admitted to the Graduate School, please indicate the department and date of admission. No additional transcript is necessary.
