Healthful and Safe College Life

Making personal decisions in a college environment can be difficult. Students may encounter many lifestyle adjustments and choices that can ultimately affect their academic performance.

This course has been developed for students who are preparing for college and for college students who want to increase their knowledge of healthful practices while in college. The course will address pertinent health topics that impact college students and give them the knowledge to make informed decisions when faced with difficult situations.

The course, Healthful and Safe College Life, can be completed entirely online through Kansas State University. Upon completion, the student will earn 3 undergraduate credit hours.

* This course can be applied to the K-State 8 or the University General Education requirements.
