Mike Finnegan
J. Michael Finnegan is an instructor in the Leadership Studies program at Kansas State University. Finnegan has worked extensively as a student and professional with the recruitment and development of college students. He has delivered numerous keynote presentations on motivation and leadership for junior high, high school, and college aged students. He is also a co-author of, “Developing Knowledgeable, Ethical, Caring, and Inclusive Leaders”.
Finnegan earned his Bachelors of Science from Kansas State University in May of 2000. He worked professionally for Kansas State University as an Admissions Representative until the summer of 2003 when he accepted a position at the University of Central Missouri as the Assistant Director of New Student Programs. He completed his Masters in College Student Personnel from Central Missouri in 2006 and is currently pursuing a graduate degree at Kansas State University in College Student Development.
