Registration Options
Pre-registration is closed. Walk-on registrations will be accepted on Thursday, March 26 at 8 a.m. in the Maner Conference Center lobby adjacent to the Capitol Plaza Hotel. Lunch cannot be guaranteed for registrations received the day of the conference. To expedite the registration process on site, please print and complete the mail/fax registration form and bring it with you.

Call 1-800-432-8222 or 785-532-5569 and ask for Conference Registration. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
The $75 registration fee includes lunch, poster presentation option, refreshment breaks, conference proceedings, and all conference materials. A special $25 student registration fee is also offered. Continuing education credits for 6 contact hours are available for $20, and may be purchased when registering for the conference.
Registration fee will be $100 after March 12, 2009.
Due to confirmed numbers we must give prior to the conference, we may not be able to accommodate you for lunch if you do not pre-register.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. Registration fees less a $10 processing fee will be refunded only if notice is received by the Division of Continuing Education by 5 p.m. on March 19, 2009. Due to guarantees we must give prior to the conference, cancellations received after March 19 will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5. Fees will not be canceled for registrants who do not attend and have not notified our conference registration office by the cancellation deadline.
Kansas State University and the Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
