All entries will receive a letter from the conference organizer acknowledging participation in the poster competition.

Voluntary presenters must register for the conference and pay the $65 conference registration fee ($90 after September 16). A $25 reduced fee is available for full-time undergraduate and graduate students.

Poster viewings are scheduled at 9:30 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. Student posters will be judged and awards will be presented to the winning posters following lunch.
