Registration Options

Call 1-800-432-8222 or 785-532-5569 and ask for Conference Registration. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

Registration fees must be paid by check or money order made payable to Kansas State University or by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.

The $75 registration fee includes the luncheon, poster presentation option, refreshment breaks, conference proceedings, and all conference materials.

Registration fee will be $100 after March 12, 2008.

Due to confirmed numbers we must give prior to the conference, we may not be able to accommodate you for lunch if you do not pre-register.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. Registration fees less a $10 processing fee will be refunded only if notice is received by the Division of Continuing Education by 5 p.m. on March 18, 2008. Cancellations received after March 18, 2008 will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be given in amounts less than $5.

Conference Cancellation Policy

The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
