Exhibitors and Sponsors
Exhibitors are invited to participate in the workshop. Your registration fee of $250 includes an 8-foot covered table, two chairs, electricity, if needed, and one complimentary conference registration, including lunch and refreshment breaks. Displays will be set up in the break and lunch area to allow maximum opportunity for workshop participants to visit with exhibitors. Additional participants from the same company or institution may register at the regular workshop rate. Register to exhibit now.
Sponsors of the workshop are invited and encouraged. Sponsorships will be used to offset the cost of speakers as well as food and beverages. Sponsors will have their name printed in the program, announced from the podium, and on posters throughout the conference hall. Sponsors are also invited to provide a company brochure to distribute with the conference packet. Two levels of sponsorship are available: Purple Sponsorships and White Sponsorships. A Purple Sponsorship is the highest level with a donation of equal to or greater than $500. A White Sponsorship is a donation of $300. Mark your level and amount of donation on the registration form.
