Tournament costs include green fees, cart, practice range, participation gifts and prizes. Tournament will be limited to first 120 players. The deadline for sign-up is Thursday, April 4, 2013. Payment of tournament fees should be made out to Todd LaTorella and sent to the above address. Spots will only be held for participants who have paid. If you have a foursome please list each members name and email address (if available at the time of registration).
- Event sponsorship will get your company recognition on a sign at the sign-in table and at the reception. Additionally, your company will be recognized by name (by me) at the reception/social hour immediately following the tournament.
A reception/social hour, sponsored by the MoKan Concrete Pipe Association, will be held at the course after play is completed (approx. 6:00 p.m.). Tournament prizes will be awarded at the social hour.
