This year's conference will focus on topics such as U.S. farm policy to promote rural wellbeing, social justice issues, local food systems, recent immigrants and the wellbeing of rural Kansas, spiritual and ethical dimensions of food production and consumption, alternative energy, environmental issues, and grass-fed beef production.
