Instructors
Glenn A. Fager, P.E., is the District 1 Materials Engineer for KDOT. He was formerly the KDOT Bituminous Research Engineer and has over 30 years of work and research experience in the HMA area. He has a B.S. from Kansas State University and an M.S. from the University of Kansas.
Mustaque Hossain, Ph.D., P.E., is an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at Kansas State University. Dr. Hossain is actively involved in implementation and evaluation of SHRP Superpave Volumetric mixture design in the State of Kansas. He has more than 19 years of work and research experience in the highways area.
