Online registration for this event is now closed. You can register onsite on Thursday, February 12, 2015 from 8:00 am until 8:25 am outside of Forum Hall at the Kansas State University Student Union. Please print and bring the completed Mail registration form to the registration desk on Thursday.
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. Registration fees, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received by the Kansas State University Global Campus Conference Services office no later than February 10, 2015. After that date, refunds are not available. To modify or cancel your registration, please send a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Scholer Peterson Concrete Conference”. Due to guarantees we must give prior to the workshop, refunds are not available after the refund deadline of February 10, 2015. Registered participants who do not cancel their registration in writing by February 10, 2015 are responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend the workshop and have not paid the registration fee.
Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.
If you attend all of the sessions of the Scholer Peterson Concrete Conference you will receive six (6) continued education hours from Kansas State University. It remains your responsibility to verify with your state/or governing agency/or professional development committee that these continued education hours will be accepted.
AIA Continuing Education Learning Units
Kansas State University is registered with the American Institute of Architects Continuing Education System (AIA/CES) and is committed to developing quality learning activities in accordance with the CES criteria. Participants who wish to receive AIA/CES LUs should mark the appropriate blank on their registration form and enclose an additional $15 with their registration fee. After AIA credits are approved the information will be posted to the conference agenda.
