Online registration for this event is now closed. Mail / Fax registrations will be allowed. Please print the mail /fax registration form and bring with you to the check-in table on the morning of the event. Onsite registrations will be outside of Forum Hall at the Kansas State University Student Union from 8:00 am – 8:50 am on Tuesday, April 10 and Wednesday, April 11, 2012.

If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. Registration fees, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded only if notice is received by the Division of Continuing Education by 5 p.m. on Friday, January 31, 2014. After that date, due to guarantees we must give, no refunds can be given. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.
