A letter of registration confirmation will be sent electronically to all pre-registrants. If you do not receive an electronic confirmation within 48 hours of registering contact conference representatives at registration@k-state.edu or 785-532-5569.

Tours are offered concurrently and begin at 1:15 p.m. Please indicate on your registration form which tour you are interested in attending.

Registration Methods
Advance online registration is now closed. If you wish to attend the conference, please complete and print the mail/fax form and bring it with you to register onsite. Registration opens at Noon on Sunday, March 13 at the Dodge House Hotel & Convention Center. Please call 620-243-3059 to let us know you are coming so we can have materials ready for you.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. To make a substitution please e-mail registration@k-state.edu with SW States RC&D Conference in the subject line or call 785-532-5569. A full refund, minus a $20.00 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received by the Division of Continuing Education by 5 p.m. February 28, 2011. After that date, refunds are not available. Fees will not be canceled for registrants who do not attend and have not notified the conference registration office by the cancellation deadline.
The conference may be canceled or postponed because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Special Assistance
Participants with a disability who need accommodations or have special dietary requirements should indicate services needed at the time of registration. Contact the Sunflower RC&D Office at 620-896-7378 or dollie.mathes@ks.usda.gov. Notification by February 25 is requested to ensure that appropriate accommodations can be provided.

You are responsible for your own hotel reservations. Reservations can be made at the Dodge House Hotel, by calling 1-877-619-9090. Make sure to call by February 28, 2011 and mention you are with the SW States RC&D group to receive the special rate.
