Your $80 (non-refundable) registration fee includes:

  • All seminar materials
  • Two continental breakfasts
  • Two buffet luncheons
  • All breaks

Payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, to guarantee your participation in the seminar!

  2. Mail or Fax in Group Registration – Complete, print and submit form via Mail or Fax. Groups of eight or more use additional forms as needed.

No Cancellation/ Refund Policy

There is no refund of registration fees, although substitute registrations are allowed and may be made by contacting conference registration at 785-532-5569 or 1-800-432-8222 or e-mail registration@k-state.edu. Please include Kansas Pipeline Safety Seminar in the subject line.

Accommodations

For information on lodging accommodations, visit http://www.salinakansas.org. You are responsible for your own reservations and payment for motel accommodations.
