Pre-registration is now closed. Walk-on registrations will be accepted at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 15 on the first floor of the K-State Alumni Center. Please complete the printable registration form and bring it with you to the conference.
Registration includes workshop materials, handouts, dinner on June 15, and morning and afternoon refreshments. Lunches are not included.
Registration fee is $75 per person. For businesses registering five or more people, the fee for the first registration is $75 and the fee for additional registrations is $60. A $50 reduced registration fee is available for students. Registration for online participation is $30.
Registration deadline is Friday, June 3, 2011. A $15 late fee will apply to all registrations received after June 3.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel your registration, please notify the conference registration office at email@example.com by June 3, 2011 to receive a refund less a $15 processing fee. Cancellations after June 3 will not be eligible for refunds, but the registration may be transferred to another individual within your company. Fees will not be canceled for registrants who do not attend the conference and have not notified the conference registration office by the cancellation deadline.
The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
A conference or noncredit program participant who needs accommodations due to a disability or special dietary requirements should indicate services needed at the time of registration.
