Exhibitor Information

The exhibitor registration fee of $295 for KMIC members and $395 for non-members includes an 8-foot skirted table, two chairs, electricity (if requested), and one complimentary conference registration. Tabletop or portable exhibits are suitable for the space provided. Exhibits will be set up in the break and reception areas to allow maximum exposure to conference participants. Additional exhibitors from the same company or institution may pay a reduced booth worker registration fee of $70, which includes access to exhibit area, conference materials, and lunch. For full conference participation, additional booth workers need to pay the regular registration fee of $130.

Exhibitor Location/Times

The exhibits will be set up in the Kansas State University Student Union Courtyard. The area will be open for setup on Wednesday, February 4th from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. All exhibits must be in place by 7:30 on Wednesday, February 4, 2009. Exhibitors must remain in place until 3:30 p.m. on February 4, 2009 and must be taken down no later than 6 p.m. on February 4. Conference participants will be encouraged to visit each exhibit throughout the conference.

Exhibitor Regulations

Kansas State University nor the Kansas Masonry Industries Council maintain insurance covering exhibitor's property which in turn is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance insuring any losses by the exhibitor. Additionally, Kansas State University and KMIC maintain no liability from any loss, damage, theft, destruction or other harm or injury to any personal property that the exhibitor places on or about the premises of the K-State Student Union. No flammable or hazardous substances of any kind may be used, displayed, or distributed in the exhibit space. Exhibitors are responsible for making their own pre/post conference shipping arrangements. All demonstrations, sales activities, and distribution of circulars and promotional material must be confined to the limits of the exhibitor's booth. In the interest of the meeting, exhibitors are not to extend invitations, call meetings, or otherwise encourage absence of members, other exhibitors, or invited guests from the conference educational sessions. The exhibit area will be open to the public and no security staff will be provided. Please account for the appropriate precautions with valuable materials.

Registration Information

Exhibitor registrations will be accepted on a space available basis, and locations will be assigned prior to the conference on a first received basis. To submit your registration register online by January 28, 2009.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The K-State Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any event or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is cancelled or postponed, the division will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

If you must cancel your exhibitor registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received in writing by K-State by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2009. After that date, due to guarantees we must give, refunds are not available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.
