REGISTER ON-LINE- Unless you have previously registered for a conference with Kansas State University, you will need to create a new log in and password. Your society log in will not automatically work for registration.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible by sending an email to registration@k-state.edu with the subject line "2012 ASM Cancellation". A refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be issued if notice of cancellation is received by the Division of Continuing Education by 5:00 p.m. CST on June 15, 2012. After that date, due to guarantees we must provide, refunds are not available. Registrants who do not cancel their registration are responsible for the registration fee even if they do not attend the meeting and have not paid the registration fee.
Registration implies permission for photos to be taken and possibly used in publications. If you wish to not have your photo taken, please contact the Division of Continuing Education at registration@k-state.edu.
