Registration Information

The $60 registration fee includes conference sessions, packet, buffet lunch, and refreshment breaks. A conference parking permit is available upon request when registering for the seminar.

Important information concerning parking on the K-State campus

Registration check-in will begin at 8:30 a.m. outside Forum Hall on the ground floor of the K-State Student Union. The seminar begins at 9 a.m. in Forum Hall.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations will be accepted only if notice is received by the K-State Division of Continuing Education conference registration office on or before March 26. Registration fees less a $25 processing fee will be refunded. Cancellations received after March 26 will not be eligible for refunds, but the registration may be transferred to another individual within your organization. No-shows will be required to pay the registration fee unless a substitution is made.

Seminar Cancellation Policy

The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

After this date, we will make every effort to provide assistance but cannot guarantee that requested services will be available.
