Parking
Important parking information: With a new parking garage under construction at the K-State Student Union, parking will be available at Bramlage Coliseum (on the northwest corner of the campus) with shuttle service to the Union. A conference parking permit, available upon request when you register, is required to park in this lot and use the shuttle. Please allow 30 minutes for parking and shuttle to the Union.
Instructions: Shuttles run every 8-10 minutes from lot C1 (East Bramlage). From Kimball Avenue, turn into the parking lot at Gate 8 or 9. Shuttles departing from C1 will go to the Union. Board the shuttle at the shuttle booth.
To return to the parking lot after the seminar, board a shuttle marked “The Rec” at the west side of the Union.
Parking permits will be sent by e-mail to participants requesting permits when they register, or by regular mail if an e-mail address is not given. Permits will be sent one week prior to the seminar.
