- April 23, 2008
- Wichita Marriott Hotel
- Wichita, Kansas
Kansas Ag Bankers proudly present the 33rd Annual Loan Documentation Seminar. This highly regarded seminar focuses on up-to-date loan documentation requirements and useful skills for effective performance. As the role of loan documentation support staff has changed, so has the seminar. This year's seminar offers an outstanding professional development opportunity for staff involved in loan documentation.
Overview
Proper lien creation, documentation, and monitoring under requirements of Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code are essential components of loan quality, due diligence, and risk management in all banks.
This presentation provides a thorough, fast-moving, and fun learning experience geared toward issues affecting agricultural bankers. The purpose of the seminar is to provide relevant, up-to-date, and practical information to help both new and experienced lending personnel accurately and efficiently create enforceable first liens on personal property collateral except real estate.
Practical, effective loan documentation principles and practice will be presented, explained, and justified in a "hands-on" survey of loan documentation principles, requirements, best practices, policies, and procedures required for "everyday" loan documentation effectiveness.
