Sponsorship Information
The Governor's Conference on Juvenile Justice welcomes contributions to sponsor conference activities such as the receptions, luncheons, and refreshment breaks. All sponsorship will be acknowledged in the conference program (if received on or before May 1, 2009) with the option of placing printed material at the information table near registration. Various levels of sponsorship are available.
Sponsor - $100
- Name in program
- Option to place printed material on the general information table.
Silver Sponsor - $250
- Name in program
- Option to place printed material on the general information table.
- Sponsor a specified break-out session. A poster-sized placard placed outside of the meeting room and another placed at the front of the room.
- Company name listed in program with information on that break-out session.
Gold Sponsor - $500
- Name in program
- Option to place printed material on the general information table.
- Sponsor a food event (lunch, reception, or refreshment break). A poster-sized placard placed outside of the meeting room and another placed at the front of the room.
- Company name listed in program with information on that food event.
- One full registration.
Platinum Sponsor - $1000
- Name in program
- Option to place printed material on the general information table.
- Sponsor a specified keynote session. A poster-sized placard placed outside of the meeting room and another placed at the front of the room.
- Company name listed in program with information on that keynote session.
- Two full registrations.
Advertising Opportunities
Sponsors have the opportunity to place an ad in the conference program. A full page ad is available for $100 and a half page ad is available for $50. Please check the appropriate space on the registration form if you are interested in this opportunity. Camera-ready artwork must be received on or before May 1, 2009 to be included in the program. Artwork can be sent on disk in EPS format or electronically as an attachment to:
