2009 Governor's Conference Exhibitors
Exhibit Registration
Space is limited to the first 22 exhibits. Register early!
Exhibit space registration is $285 and includes the following:
- One (1) 8x2 foot, skirted display table located in the refreshment/reception room.
- Promotion in the conference program if your exhibit registration is received before May 1, 2009.
- Nametag identifying you and your organization as exhibitors.
- Three (3) days of display and one conference registration.
By design, exhibits will not be using pipe and drape. Electrical outlets can be provided at an additional cost of $50 ($60 if requested onsite). Exhibitors are responsible for their own signage.
Internet access is complimentary during the conference. Phone access will be an additional charge and must be paid directly to the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Please contact the Hyatt Regency Wichita directly at 316-293-1234 and ask for the Sales and Catering Representative.
Early registration is recommended as space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The Governor's Conference on Juvenile Justice reserves the right to make the space assignment and to change, at its sole discretion, any such assignments as it deems necessary. It also reserves the right to deny exhibit and/or advertising space to any organization and/or information it deems inconsistent with the purpose of this conference.
