Anyone who intends to participate in the academic program by interacting with poster presenters and/or attending oral presentations must pay the full registration fee.
Guests
If you have a guest accompanying you to Portland, but they do not wish to participate in the meeting, you may mark them as a “Guest Only” on the registration form. Guests will receive no meeting materials and are not entitled to any continental breakfasts or other breaks. Social event tickets may be purchased for guests on the registration form.

You are responsible for all travel arrangements, including procurement of visas, if necessary, and acquisition of currency sufficient for your stay. A formal letter of invitation (pdf) for the 2009 annual meeting to help acquire visas or funding is available. The letter of invitation is a generic letter. If you require a personalized letter, please contact Mo Donnelly. Please include your full name and mailing address. Mo will send a PDF file to you.
