Reservations must be made and secured by advanced deposit or credit card by Wednesday, June 8, 2011. Reservations received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the Hilton Minneapolis on this cut-off date will be honored at the hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability.
Abstract Submission Deadline:
March 9, 2011 – Extended to March 19, 2011
Early Registration Deadline:
April 17, 2011. Extended to April 29, 2011, 5:00 p.m. CDT

There are currently 36 countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program.
