Reservations must be made and secured by advanced deposit or credit card by Wednesday, June 8, 2011. Reservations received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the Hilton Minneapolis on this cut-off date will be honored at the hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability.

Abstract Submission Deadline:

March 9, 2011 – Extended to March 19, 2011

Early Registration Deadline:

April 17, 2011. Extended to April 29, 2011, 5:00 p.m. CDT

International travelers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program are now subject to enhanced security requirements. All eligible travelers who wish to travel under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorization using the following process…

There are currently 36 countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program.

The process takes up to 72 hours so please submit your request soon. We look forward to seeing you in Minneapolis.
