Tentative Daily Meeting Schedule

Times for all business and committee meetings, as well as graduate student workshops, will be confirmed/determined during the program scheduling meeting in April 2009.

Please note that these schedules will continue to be updated according to cancellations received. It is possible that the time of your presentation may be adjusted, but the date of your presentation will not change.

At this point in time, we are only able to accept requests for cancellation – not for changes in format such as paper to poster or poster to paper. In order to cancel your talk, please contact Heide Burke at hburke@k-state.edu. In this message, please state whether there are any registration cancellations that need to be made.

All hotel room cancellations must be made through the Hilton Portland and Executive Tower by calling 503-226-1611.
