Registration Information
If you wish to register for the JMIH, please register on-site in the Ballroom Complex of the Hyatt Regency St. Louis. Check in at the New Registration window.
Registration Fees
Fees listed are at the early rate. After 1 April, fees will increase as indicated.
The registration fee covers all program materials, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, the reception, and the CD of abstracts. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

Registration fees must be paid in U.S. dollars by check or money order (made payable to Kansas State University), American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA. Pre-register by 1 April 2007 to avoid late charges. Registrations (at the late fee rate) will be accepted after 1 April. Walk-in registrations will be assessed an additional fee and there can be no guarantee that banquet tickets, picnic tickets, t-shirts, or additional abstract CDs will be available.
Visas and Other Documents
You are responsible for all travel arrangements, including procurement of visas, if necessary, and acquisition of U.S. currency sufficient for your stay. Assistance in obtaining documentation forms is available at U.S. embassies. Policies
Cancellation Policy
The K-State Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any event or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible by sending an email to registerdce@k-state.edu with the subject line "Joint Meeting Registration". Substitutions are encouraged. Click here if you need to make changes to your registration. A full refund, minus a $20.00 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received in writing by Kansas State University by 5:00 p.m. on 30 June 2007. After that date, due to guarantees we must give, refunds are not available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.00.
Special Assistance
Kansas State University is committed to making events accessible to all participants. A participant with a disability who needs accommodation for an event should contact the Division of Continuing Education Registrar at (785) 532-5566 or 1-800-432-8222 at least three weeks prior to the beginning of the event. After that date, we will make every effort to provide assistance but cannot guarantee that requested services will be available.
