Overflow Hotel Reservation Information

An additional block of guest rooms has been reserved for Joint Meeting participants at the beautifully renovated Sheraton St. Louis City Center at a group rate of $129 per night (plus applicable taxes) and includes complimentary High Speed Internet.

The Sheraton is located approximately three blocks from the Hyatt Union Station and participants can take a short walk to and from the meeting or use the Metro Link conveniently located adjacent to the hotel to the Hyatt Union Station.

All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night's room and tax. This deposit is not refundable if a room is canceled less than 24 hours in advance.

Reservation Deadline:

Hotel reservations must be made and secured by July 3, 2007. Reservations received after this cut-off date cannot be guaranteed the group rate. Make your reservation by calling 1-314-231-5007 or 888-627-8096 and be sure to state that you are with the Joint Meeting of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists. You may also make your reservation on line.

Check-Out Time: 12:00 noon

The hotel will require a $50 early departure charge for all guests who depart one or more days prior to their scheduled departure date. Departure dates are reconfirmed at check-in and the fee will apply if departure date is changed after the check-in process is completed.

Guest Parking:

Overnight valet parking is $21 per night. Self-parking is available for $10 with in and out privileges. Rates are subject to change.
