Registration Fees

Fees listed are at the early rate. After 15 March, fees will increase.

The registration fee covers all program materials, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, the reception, and the CD of abstracts. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

Student

Daily (8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) - $175

Accompanying Person

The accompanying persons fee includes all hosted breaks and receptions, and a copy of the at-a-glance schedule.

Registration fees must be paid in U.S. dollars by check or money order (made payable to Kansas State University), American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA. Pre-register by 15 March 2006 to avoid late charges. Registrations (at the late fee rate) will be accepted after 15 March. Walk-in registrations beginning 11 July will be assessed an additional fee and there can be no guarantee that banquet tickets, picnic tickets, t-shirts, or additional abstract CDs will be available.

Visas and Other Documents

You are responsible for all travel arrangements, including procurement of visas, if necessary, and acquisition of U.S. currency sufficient for your stay. Assistance in obtaining documentation forms is available at U.S. embassies. If you require a formal letter of invitation for the 2006 annual meeting to help acquire visas or funding, please click here. Policies

Cancellation Policy

The K-State Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any event or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible by sending an email to registerdce@k-state.edu with the subject line "Joint Meeting Registration". Substitutions are encouraged. Click here if you need to make changes to your registration. A full refund, minus a $20.00 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received in writing by Kansas State University by 5:00 p.m. on 30 June, 2006. After that date, due to guarantees we must give, refunds are not available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.00.

Special Assistance

Kansas State University is committed to making events accessible to all participants.
