Guest Parking:
All parking at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel is valet. Joint Meeting participants receive a $13.50 per day rate (a 50% discount off the regular rate). Self-parking is not available.

A block of guest rooms has been reserved for Joint Meeting participants. A group rate of $120 per night (plus applicable taxes) has been arranged from July 10 to 18, 2006. This rate may include up to four room occupants; children and other accompanying adults are welcome.

All hotel reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Reservation Deadline:
Hotel reservations must be made and secured in advance by one of the above methods by June 14, 2006. Reservations received after this cut-off date will be honored at the group rate only on a space-available basis. Please make your reservation by calling 1-888-627-7033 or 504-525-2500 and be sure to say that you are a member of the Joint Meeting of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists.

Please note that the hotel will require an early departure charge in an amount equal to the guest’s current per night charge plus tax (excluding occupancy tax) for all guests who depart one or more days prior to their scheduled departure date verified upon arrival by Hotel staff.
