Accompanying Person

The registration fee covers all program materials, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, the reception, and the CD of abstracts. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.
The accompanying persons fee includes the Thursday Meet and Greet, all hosted breaks and receptions, and a copy of the at-a-glance schedule.
Registration fees must be paid in U.S. dollars by check or money order (made payable to Kansas State University), American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA. Pre-register by 1 April, 2005 to avoid late charges. Registrations (at the late fee rate) will be accepted after 1 April. Walk-in registrations beginning 1 July, will be assessed an additional fee and there can be no guarantee that banquet tickets, picnic tickets, t-shirts, or additional abstract CDs will be available.
Visas and Other Documents
You are responsible for all travel arrangements, including procurement of visas, if necessary, and acquisition of U.S. currency sufficient for your stay. Assistance in obtaining documentation forms is available at U.S. embassies. Policies
The K-State Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any event or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $20.00 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received in writing by Kansas State University by 5:00 p.m. on 24 June, 2005. After that date, due to guarantees we must give, refunds are not available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.00.
Kansas State University is committed to making events accessible to all participants.
