The registration fee covers all program materials, lunch (Thursday - Monday) refreshment breaks, the general reception, and the CD of abstracts. For registered students, the fee also covers attendance at the student reception. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.
The fee must be paid in U.S. dollars by check or money order (made payable to Kansas State University), American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA. Pre-register by 30 January, 2004 to avoid late charges. Registrations (at late fee rate) will be accepted after 30 January. Walk-in registrations 26-31 May will be assessed an additional fee of $50 to the post 30 January registration fee. There can be no guarantee that banquet tickets, picnic tickets, t-shirts, or additional abstract CDs will be available to those who do not pre-register.
Cancellation Policy
The K-State Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $20.00 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received in writing by Kansas State University by 5:00 p.m. on 14 May, 2004. After that date, due to guarantees we must give, refunds are not available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.00.
