The Bricktown District has played an important role in the commercial life of Oklahoma City. From its origins as a U.S Army Detachment to its development as the industrial center of the city, Bricktown has been the heart of Oklahoma City. In the 1990s, the area was the focus of extensive redevelopment that has transformed this area into Oklahoma City's most vibrant and exciting neighborhood. Besides the One-mile long Bricktown canal, there are numerous eating and drinking establishments. Options range from simple fare, Stumpy's Burger House & Hideaway Pizza, to the more upscale Bourbon Street Café, Maker's Cigar and Piano Lounge, and Tapwerks. At least 9 nightclubs are also located in Bricktown. Check out the website for additional information.
Transportation cost is $12 per person. Each participant is responsible for meals and other incidentals in Bricktown.
Minimum of 20 participants is needed for the trip to be a "GO".
