- The Westin Providence – Reservations must be made and secured by advanced deposit or credit card by June 5, 2010. Reservations received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the Westin on this cut-off date will be honored at the hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability.
- Providence Biltmore – Reservations must be made and secured by advanced deposit or credit card by June 7, 2010. Reservations received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the Biltmore on this cut-off date will be honored at the hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability.

There are currently 35 countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program.
The process takes up to 72 hours so please submit your request soon. We look forward to seeing you in Providence.
