Registration

The symposium has been canceled. Registered participants will be contacted concerning refunds. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Participants are encouraged to register using the online registration form (preferred method).

Registration will not be guaranteed until registration fees are paid. Payment must be in U.S. Dollars or by worldwide money order, and must be received in the Division of Continuing Education Conference Registration office by August 1, 2009 for the early registration fee.

At least one author from each submitted abstract must register for the Symposium by August 1, 2009 or the abstract will be removed from the Program.

Fees

The registration fee for the symposium includes refreshment breaks and lunches, the welcome reception, evening tour and dinner, conference materials, and conference proceedings.

Non-Members $450 after August 1
$150 Student (proof of student status required with registration)

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received by September 15, 2009 will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. Please note that such refunds will only be processed after the conference. Cancellations received after September 15, 2009 are non-refundable; however, substitute attendees from the same organization are welcome. Cancellations must be sent in writing to the Division of Continuing Education Conference Registration office either by mail, fax or email.

The Division of Continuing Education may cancel the symposium because of insufficient registrants or other unforeseen circumstances. If the symposium is canceled, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Letter of Invitation

If you require a visa to enter the United States and need a letter of invitation to the symposium, please contact Dr. Candice Shoemaker at cshoemak@ksu.edu. (The letter of invitation will be faxed to you or sent to you via email. We will not send original letters to embassies or provide assistance in securing a visa.)
