Cost and what is provided

The cost of the workshop is $1,450, which includes all text materials and lunches for the five days of the course, $1,400 for current IIAR members. When three or more people register from the same company, a $200 discount applies to the third and more persons.

CEUs are available

Participants may receive a Certificate of Participation reporting 35 contact hours, which will provide documentation for engineering (or other) Professional Development Hour (PDH) or Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirements. The cost for this certificate is $10 with your registration payment.

For questions concerning registration, please call Continuing Education at 785-532-5569 or 1-800-432-8222 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Enrollment is limited so that personal contact between the participants and staff can be maintained. Because of these limits, we have not been able to accommodate all who wished to enroll in past workshops. We therefore encourage early registration. Registrations can be held for two weeks, allowing time for the registration fee to arrive.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. The cancellation policy is: Full refund less administrative fee of $50 if cancelled by Friday, January 15, 2010; $200 cancellation charge between Saturday, January 16 and Friday, January 22, 2010; and no refund after Friday, January 22, 2010. A substitute may replace the original registrant. Refunds can not be given in amounts less than $5.

Special Assistance

A participant in a conference or non-credit program with a disability who needs accommodations or has special dietary requirements should indicate services needed at the time of registration.
