All sessions will take place at the Hilton Charlotte Executive Park where a block of guest rooms has been reserved for participants at the special rate of $89 per night (block deadline is January 16, 2009). To obtain the special rate, be sure to mention the "Industrial Refrigeration Workshop" when making your reservation. Courtesy car service is available between the hotel and Charlotte International Airport.
