Registration
To facilitate registration and food service commitments, please register by September 23, 2008. Your registration fee of $40 ($50 after September 23, 2008) includes lunch and all materials for the main workshop on October 8, 2008. There is no cost for the pre-workshop event, but pre-registration is requested.

Refunds/Cancellations
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $10.00 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received no later than one week prior to the workshop. After this date, due to guarantees that we must give, refunds will not be available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.00.
