Registration for the GPN2013 Conference is now open! To register for the meeting online, please follow this link. To register online, you will need to create a registration account if you do not already have one. If you registered for the conference online last year, you can still use the same e-mail as password that you created. If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Retrieve your forgotten password” and a new password will be sent to you.

If you wish to register by mail or fax, follow this link to fill out the form, print, and send in to conference registration. If you have any questions, or wish to register by phone, call our conference registration office at (800)432-8222.

Registration for the GPN2013 Conference has a two tiered registration structure with five categories available under each tier. Registration categories are GPN/GWLA Member, Non-Member, Student Presenting, Student Non-Presenting, and Workshop(s). Registration rates vary depending on when you actually register for the conference. As the conference dates get closer the registration rates will go up. Rates for each tier will automatically change at 12:01 a.m. central time on the dates listed below. The dates for the various tiers are as follows:

February 27th – April 15th
GPN/GWLA Member - $125.00
Non-Member - $200.00
Student Presenting - $25.00
Student Non-Presenting - $50.00
Workshop(s) –
      Big Data Summit – FREE
      Network Performance Workshop - $100.00

April 16th and after
GPN/GWLA Member - $225.00
Non-Member - $300.00
Student Presenting - $50.00
Student Non-Presenting - $100.00
Workshop(s) –
      Big Data Summit – FREE
      Network Performance Workshop - $100.00

If you are interested in attending only the Big Data Summit and the GPN2013 Welcome Reception or purchasing additional Welcome Reception tickets, tickets can be purchased for $50. One ticket is included with your conference registration.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible by sending an email to registration@k-state.edu with the subject line "Great Plains Network Meeting Cancellation". Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $10.00 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received by the Division of Continuing Education no later than 5:00 p.m. CST on April 30, 2013. After that date, due to guarantees we must provide to vendors, a refund is not available. Fees will not be canceled for registrants who do not attend and have not notified our conference registration office by the cancellation deadline.

Registration implies permission for photos to be taken and possibly used in publications. If you wish to not have your photo taken, please contact the Division of Continuing Education at registration@k-state.edu.
