Registration Information

The $100 early registration fee includes program materials, evening reception on February 4, and lunch and refreshment breaks on February 5. A $20 late fee applies to registrations received after January 21, 2009. Walk-on registrations will be accepted but lunch cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible by sending an email to registration@k-state.edu with the subject line “Civics and Civility Summit Registration,” or by calling the number indicated above. Substitutions are accepted. A refund, less a $20 administrative fee, will be made if notification of cancellation is received in the Division of Continuing Education conference registration office by 5 p.m. on January 28, 2009. After that date, due to guarantees we must give, refunds are not available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.

Summit sponsors and the K-State Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone an event or activity due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Special Assistance

A conference or noncredit program participant who has special dietary requirements or needs accommodations due to a disability should indicate services needed at the time of registration.
