The summit will at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Topeka, Kansas. Located at 1717 SW Topeka Boulevard, the hotel is just a few blocks from the State Capitol.
Wednesday evening's reception and keynote session will be in the Emerald Ballroom. Thursday's sessions will be in the Maner Conference Center adjacent to the hotel.
Hotel rates are $73 for single occupancy and $83 for double occupancy. Reservations may be made online or by calling 785-431-7200. To receive these special rates, please mention Kansas State University Civics and Civility when making your reservation.
