Registration

  1. ONLINE - Advance online registration is now closed. If you wish to attend the workshop, please complete and print the mail/fax form below and bring it with you onsite. If you need parking accommodations, please be sure to stop by the visitor's booth at the K-State Union to purchase a parking permit.
  2. MAIL the completed registration form to:

Fees

  • Regular Conference Fee: $200
    • Includes lunch and refreshments
  • Parking Permint: $4
    • Required if parking on K-State campus.
  • CEU Certificate: $10
    • Must be present to receive certificate, it will NOT be mailed.

Refunds/Cancellations

If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $10.00 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received one week prior to the workshop. After this date, due to guarantees that we must give, refunds will not be available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.00.
