Registration Information
Early registration has ended. The $450 conference registration fee includes the Tuesday evening reception; continental breakfasts, lunches, and dinners Wednesday through Saturday; all refreshment breaks; shuttle service to and from the Kansas City International Airport to Manhattan, Kansas, if requested; parking on campus, if requested; and program materials.
Payment is required by the conference date, but it does not need to accompany your registration form. Before providing the registration form to your department's Business Office for processing, please fax a copy of your registration form to Conference Registration at 785-532-2422. Please provide the actual copy of the Agency Purchase Order (APO) as soon as it is available. K-State's Federal Employer ID number (FEIN) is 48-077175.

Please be aware that in the transfer process, fees are occasionally kept by banks involved in the routing process. It is possible when you arrive for this event, there may still be money due and any outstanding balance will be expected to be paid upon check in at the conference registration.
Refund Policy
If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received in writing by the Division of Continuing Education by 5 p.m. on July 3, 2009. After that date, refunds are not available. Please note that registrants who do not cancel their registration through Conference Registration are responsible for the total conference registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
Cancellation Policy
The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
