The conference registration fees included all program materials, a CD-ROM of the Conference Proceedings, (available in early 2007), refreshment breaks, two lunches, the Monday evening opening reception, and the Tuesday evening public forum.

Other options included the Virtual Conference, paper copies of the Proceedings, or additional Proceedings CDs. Refunds and Cancellations
If you must cancel your Proceedings order, do so as soon as possible. A full refund, minus a $10 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received in writing by the Kansas State University Division of Continuing Education by November 30, 2006. Refunds are not available for the Virtual Conference.
