Conference Proceedings All paid conference participants will receive a copy of the conference Proceedings on CD-Rom. Accepted oral and poster presenters are encouraged to submit full manuscripts to be included in the Proceedings. Authors who wish to submit manuscripts should provide both a paper copy and an electronic copy of their paper, along with their Proceedings Submission Form. The final deadline for paper submissions will be September 15, 2006.
