The current economic challenges facing higher education are a concern we share with you. The 2011 registration fees will remain the same as the 2010 registration fees. We have also added team rates to our fee structure. We encourage you to collaborate with other departments to bring a team from your institution to the conference.

*A team registration is defined as 3 or more registrants from the same institution who register at the same time for the conference. Please provide a separate registration form for each team member.

Pre-conference workshops are being finalized for Tuesday and Wednesday, February 8-9. Check back in mid-August when the program is posted for the workshop topics and fees.
Payment or an agency purchase order must be received by December 31, 2010 to receive the early registration rate.
You are responsible for your travel, lodging, and incidental expenses. There is no reduced registration fee for late arrivals or early departures. One day fees are not available.
Conference registration fees include:

- Two continental breakfasts
- Two luncheons
- Thursday evening networking reception
- Conference proceedings
Pre-conference workshop registration fees include:
- Workshop materials
- Continental breakfast (full day only)
- Plated luncheon (full day only)
- Morning and afternoon beverage break (half day, p.m. break only)
- Certificate of attendance from Kansas State University (6 contact hours)
You should receive an e-mail confirmation of registration within 48 hours of registering. If you do not, please contact conference registration services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone the conference because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
To receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee, send a written request to Conference Registration (firstname.lastname@example.org) by January 14, 2011. Cancellations received between January 15 and January 28 will be assessed a $250 cancellation fee. After January 29, refunds are not available.
Registrants who do not cancel their registration in writing through Conference Registration are responsible for the total conference registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
Paid registrations may be transferred to another representative from the same institution. Contact a representative in Conference Registration for this service.
