Registration Fees
The current economic challenges facing higher education are a concern we share with you. The 2010 registration fees will remain the same as the 2009 registration fees. We have also added team rates to our fee structure. We encourage you to collaborate with other departments to bring a team from your institution to the conference.

Payment or an agency purchase order must be received by January 15, 2010 to receive the early registration rate.
Conference registration fees include:
- All conference materials
- Refreshment breaks
- Two continental breakfasts
- Two luncheons
Pre-conference workshop registration fees include:
- Workshop materials
- Continental breakfast
- Plated luncheon
- Morning and afternoon beverage break
- Certificate of attendance from Kansas State University

Payment Methods Available
- Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, American Express or DISCOVER (Your credit card statement will show payment to “KSU Controller's Office IV")
- Personal or business check: Payable to Kansas State University, FEIN # 48-0771751
- Agency Purchase Order: Before submitting your registration form to your Business Office for processing, please fax a copy of your registration form to Conference Registration at 785-532-2422. Provide the actual copy of the Agency Purchase Order (APO) as soon as it is available.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone the conference because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
To receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee, send a written request to Conference Registration by January 20, 2010. Cancellations received between January 21 and January 29 will be refunded 50%. After January 29, refunds are not available.
Registrants who do not cancel their registration in writing through Conference Registration are responsible for the total conference registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
Paid registrations may be transferred to another representative from the same institution. Contact a representative in Conference Registration for this service.
